 REECH株式会社（以下「当社」）は、事業活動に伴い入手した個人情報について、適切な措置をとる社会的責任がある事を認識し、
下記の通り「個人情報保護方針」を定め、全従業員がこれを理解し実現して参ります。
 
 
  1. 当社は事業内容及び規模を考慮し、適法かつ公正な手段で本人の同意を得て個人情報の取得を行います。
    また、個人情報の取得や利用及び提供に関すること（特定された利用目的の達成に必要な範囲を超えた個人情報の取り扱い）を
    行わないこと、またそのための措置を講じます。

  2. 個人情報への不正アクセス・個人情報の漏洩、滅失又は棄損を防止し、是正を行います。

  3. 個人情報保護法をはじめとする、当社が保有する個人情報に関して適応される法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守します。

  4. 個人情報保護マネジメントシステムの継続的改善を実施いたします。

  5. 苦情及び相談に対応するためにお客様御相談窓口を設置し、対応いたします。

Consumption Tax		 表示価格は税抜き価格です。別途、消費税（10%）を申し受けます。※ 国外事業者への提供など、消費税が適用されない場合は別途ご案内いたします。
All prices are quoted exclusive of tax. Japanese consumption tax (10%) will be added where applicable. * Transactions with overseas clients may be exempt. Details will be provided upon inquiry.
お支払い方法

お支払い時期
Payment Timing		 月末締め・翌月末払いを原則とします。請求書は当月末に発行いたします。※ お客様のお支払いサイトに応じて、別途ご相談に応じる場合がございます。
Invoices are issued at the end of each calendar month, with payment due by the end of the following month (end-of-month billing / net 30 days). * Alternative payment terms may be arranged upon request.
サービス提供時期
Service Delivery		 お支払い確認後、または契約締結後にご指定の日時・場所にてサービスを提供いたします。
Services will be provided on the agreed date and location following confirmation of payment or execution of a service agreement.
サービス提供方法
Delivery Method		 オンサイト（指定場所でのセミナー、トレーニング、記者会見、取材、社内会議、顧客会議）またはオンライン会議（Zoom等）
On-site (seminars, training sessions, press conferences, media interviews, internal/client meetings) or online (via Zoom or other video conferencing platforms)
キャンセルポリシー
Cancellation Policy		 ご発注（確定のご連絡をメールもしくはお電話にて受領）の当日より起算し、以下のキャンセル料が発生いたします。（営業日換算・案件日までの日数）

当日・前日・前々日 お見積り金額の 100%
3日前〜5日前 お見積り金額の 50%
6日前以前（確定を出したタイミング） お見積り金額の 30%

※ 天災・急病その他不可抗力によりサービスの提供が不可能となった場合、サービス料のキャンセル料は申し受けません。ただし、すでに発生した交通費・宿泊費・移動拘束費・日当等の実費については、別途請求いたします。詳細は個別契約または見積書の条件に準じます。

Cancellation fees apply from the date the order is confirmed (via email or phone), calculated in business days remaining until the scheduled service date.

Same day, 1 or 2 days before 100% of quoted amount
3 to 5 business days before 50% of quoted amount
6 or more business days before 30% of quoted amount

* In the event that service cannot be provided due to force majeure, including natural disasters or sudden illness, no cancellation fee will be charged. However, any expenses already incurred (transportation, accommodation, travel allowances, per diem) will be billed separately. Details shall be governed by the individual contract or quotation.
返金について
Refunds		 原則として後払い（月末締め・翌月末払い）のため、返金は発生いたしません。前払いにてお支払いいただいた場合（初回取引・海外クライアント等）にキャンセルが生じた際は、上記キャンセルポリシーに基づくキャンセル料を控除した差額を返金いたします。※ クレジットカード決済の場合、返金完了までにカード会社の処理期間（通常1〜2週間程度）を要する場合があります。
As payment is generally collected after service delivery, refunds do not typically arise. In cases where advance payment has been made (e.g. first-time or overseas clients), any cancellation will result in a refund of the amount paid less the applicable cancellation fee. * For credit card payments, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be reflected.
