議長の指名を受けてから発言する形式で使用されます。
複数のマイクを同時に使用する場合や、発言者の多い会議で、
スムーズな進行をサポートするために用いられます。
A request microphone is a type of microphone used mainly in meetings, in which the speaker indicates
his/her intention to speak by raising his/her hand or other means and then speaks after being nominated
by the chairperson.
It is used when multiple microphones are used at the same time, or to support smooth progress in meetings
with many speakers.
